ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR UPPER LIMB THERAPY

Highly innovative and effective robotic system for upper limb therapy offers dramatic functionality improvements in the shoulder,

elbow, and forearm – improvements, which are maintained over time. Fully motorized and ergonomic robotic arm, along with advanced software enhances patient motivation using personalized patient-specific exercises and engaging games. This portable and user-friendly platform facilitates 2-or 3-dimensional movements, allowing patients, who have suffered a stroke or other neurological injuries, to essentially retrain the brain through measured repetitive motion and advanced biofeedback.

Indications

Neurological conditions

  • Cerebral vascular accident (stroke)
  • Spinal cord injury (SCI)-complete and incomplete)
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Cerebral Palsy

Orthopaedic conditions that result in limited function of upper extremity

ANTI-GRAVITY TREADMILL

Anti-gravity, which treadmill uses a pressurized air chamber to uniformly reduce gravitational load and body weight in precise 1% increments up to 80%

Indications

  • Post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Rehabilitation after lower limb injury
  • Gait training in neurological  patients
  • Restoring and building muscle strength in older patients
  • Fighting obesity and being overweight
  • Reducing gravitational forces and building stamina/fitnes
  • Improving motor coordination and joint mobility

HYPOBARIC CHAMBER

Monoplace soft chamber designed to safely provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients at pressure up to 3 atmospheres - three times higher than normal air pressure. Body's tissues need an adequate supply of oxygen

to function. When tissue is injured, it requires even more oxygen to survive. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the amount of oxygen blood can carry. An increase in blood oxygen temporarily restores normal levels of blood gases and tissue function to promote healing and fight infection. The process also slows aging process. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is used to treat several medical conditions.
During 45-90 minutes long session patients can rest, read, etc.  .
Set of 10-60 sessions recommended.

Indications

  • Chronic fatigue syndrom
  • Tissue oxygen deficiency  and resulting diseases
  • Slowing ageing process in cells
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Cardiovascular diseases (arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, etc.)
  • Neurological diseases: ADHD, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis SM, etc.
  • Ogniska udarowe
  • Yeast infections
  • Oedemas / abscesses
  • Non-healing wounds, such as a diabetic foot ulcer
  • Potency disorders / erectile dysfunction
  • Impotence treatments support
  • Ageing process slowing
  • Post aesthetic surgery healing support
  • Post surgery healing support
  • Bacterial infections
  • Anemia
  • Migraines
  • Depression
  • Chronic diseases prevention
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Some immunological disorders
  • Chronic skin diseases, including psoriasis, acne, hives, urticarial, erythema, atopic dermatitis
  • Obesity and overweight treatments support
  • Gastrointestinal disorders including absorption problems
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning / bubbles of air in your blood vessels (arterial gas embolism)
  • Skin graft or skin flap at risk of tissue death
  • Sudden deafness
  • Femoral head osteonecrosis
  • Fractures / injuries of joints and soft tissue
  • Ulcers
  • Bedsores
  • Burns
  • Post chemotherapy regeneration – min. 6 weeks following the therapy
  • Lyme disease

CRYOGENIC CHAMBER

A monoplace chamber intended for systemic cryotherapy, which intensifies blood and lymph circulation in the body. Cryogenic therapy boosts metabolism and improves muscle tone so that we move better.

Temperature during session:  -100 to -160 0C
Session duration: up to 3 minutes maximum
What to wear: bathing suite (women), trunks (men), tick knee-high socks, protective shoes ( (clogs) hand gloves (preferably cotton), before entering chamber all jewelry should be removed.

Indications:

  • Blood circulation boost
  • Cartilage production
  • Pain alleviation
  • Imune system stimulation
  • Stress fighting
  • Metabolism stimulation
  • Obesity / overweight
  • Antiseptic action
  • Body detoxification
  • Epidermis/skin reneval
  • Gastrointestinal, nervous systems function improvement
  • Brain tissue stimulation

SHOCK WAVE THERAPY

A clinically proven and highly effective treatment for chronic soft tissue injuries and certain bone conditions, which uses gate-control theory. An extracorporeal shockwave is a non-evasive, non-electrical high-energy

sound wave that passes through the body via a hand-held probe. The shock waves produce a rapid increase in blood circulation to the target area and will break down fibrous scar tissue, which builds up over time, especially with chronic conditions. This will stimulate cell regeneration and promote normal healing and rapid reduction of pain

Indications

  • Chronic pain
  • Cellular metabolism boost
  • Regeneration boost
  • Microcirculation improvement
  • Instant muscle relaxation
  • Motor function restoration

Laser ORIGIN 2

LASERS

  • Myofascial pain syndrome
  • Vertebrogenic pain syndrome
  • Overstressed muscle disorders/syndromes / muscle hyperstimulation
  • Skin disorders
  • Diagnostics
  • Inflammations
  • Oedemas/abscesses
  • Microcirculation disorders
  • Impaired tissue regeneration
  • Impaired immune system
GlebokaStymulacja ORIGIN 2

DEEP ELECTROMAGNETIC STIMULATION

Provides similarly satisfactory analgesic outcomes in patients with back pain. Activates pelvic floor muscles (Kegel muscles).

Session duration – approximately 20 minutes, usually every other day.
Noticeable Improvement after approximately 6 sessions.

  • Muscular weakness / dystrophy
rTMS ORIGIN 2

rTMS

Repetitive neurostimulation transcranial magnetic stimulation is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation in which a changing magnetic field causes electric current to flow in a small targeted region of the brain

via electromagnetic induction. It is used diagnostically to measure the connection between the central nervous system and skeletal muscle to evaluate damage in a wide variety of disease states.

Indications

  • Depression
  • Multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Schizophrenia
